WPBakery Builder Z-Index in same Column

I would like to be able to stack the text above the image, but there are no z-index properties in WPBakery builder per element. They are in the same row, as seen in the screenshot:

When the image is on the left and the text on the right, the text is above image (but again, no way that I can find to reverse should one want to).
