wp-job manager plugin post a job [Application email/URL] field [closed]

I am working on a custom wordpress website and i installed a wp-job manager plugin so that users can post a job.

In the form there is a field named:- Application email/URL
here if the user who is posting a job puts his email in the field, he gets notification on that email when any other user applied for that job. same as that they also have option to put url in the same field.
I searched allot but no relevant topic found on google. any suggestion or help will be appreciated.

Just want to know the use of URL for [Application email/URL] field
