What I did:

I took backup of my WordPress website with SQL DB and upload it to another domain but instead of homepage, it shows a download box to save it as “download”.

I tried disabling all plugins
htaccess set to default
all plugins and wordpress version updated.

Currently, the erroneous website is located at – https://timenational.com/
