WordPress tracking & analytics plugin without JavaScript

I have a new personal WordPress blog site. I just set up Google search console and Analytics with the Google Site Kit. After adding PageSpeed insights, I have the idea that the Google Analytics script drags my score down about 4-8 points. (Before: 95-99, after: 87-95).

This got me wondering which alternatives exist for Google Analytics. Analytics is way too overcomplicated, so I’m especially looking for some simple server-side thing that registers each page request. So preferably without any additional Javascipt.

I searched on the internet, but till now I’ve only found tracking that adds a Javascript file.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a more lightweight tracker?
