Question

I was hoping someone could help me figure out why an inherited site is so slow. when A user logs in on the front end it takes the site about 8 seconds to load the next page. Now I’m not expert in load times/speeds so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. the url is miles-walker.co.uk/eat-local and the login link is in the nav bar
