In WooCommerce, is it possible that different people can purchase, rent or subscribe to the same product?

Think of an online video library or store.

Example:

• Peter purchases product A.
• Jane subscribes to product A. The subscription renews on a monthly basis.
• Jim rents product A for 7 days. Then his rental period ends.

I’m looking to set this up in a WooCommerce Multi Vendor store. I’m looking into Plugins like WCFM or the Webkul Multi Vendor Plugin. But really, I’m not set on any plugin so long as it fulfills my requirements:

• it’s important that the store admin gets a fee (percentage) for each successfully sold product from the vendors
• Plugins should be free or purchasable for lifetime, if possible
