WooCommerce – Bonus product based on cart total [closed]

I was wondering if there is a plugin which allows you to setup bonus products (enable a dropdown of product list, chosen by the administrator) when the cart total reaches 1000 dollars for example. Is something like this already available as a plugin or should I programm it by myself?
