I’m trying to reinstall a WordPress website for a client that was victim of a breach and had his website taken down. Unfortunately the owner of the website didn’t have a working backup so we had to rebuild from a fresh install and we are missing some WPBakery addons that I cannot use even tho they appear in the WPBakery Page Builder but are not displayed correctly on the website (actually, not displayed).

I attach a screenshot as an example of the elements (those without Icons) that are not shown even if added to the page.

What should I do to bring those elements back?
