I would like to use this contact form in my wordpress theme.
Of course, there is an HTML, CSS, Font and Image file.

Are any of the available plugins flexible enough to combine this HTML and CSS?

I think I could do it without plugins using Getform by adding a new page in wordpress dashboard. However, my contact form does not function as a separate page, but is on the main page (bottom).

Is there another easy way to do this?
