I have only just started using WordPress, and have begun with a free subscription. However, I will need access to CSS in future and am looking into which plan to purchase.

On WordPress’ Pricing and Plans page, they write that “basic” Advanced Design Customization can be found on the Personal Plan, with full customization on the Premium Plan.

What’s the difference between basic and full customization in terms of CSS features?
