The site im build is having an issue where i cant scroll to the bottom of the page because it just bounces. I have never had this problem before in like 10 year of development which leads me to think its an issue with the theme

The problem only seems to happen on a mobile device (android/ios). I am using Customify theme and visual composer plugin.

I really cant work this out, the site is still in development and is at cc.yournew.co.uk
