Unknown 25+ second on initial load of my WordPress website [closed]

Im running this wordpress website in a dedicated Server. I understand its heavy and ive removed all caching plugin for testing. I dont understand why it takes 23 sec just to reach the domain name ( as checked on gtmetrix-waterfall ) and there appears to be 500 error while reaching the domain ( as checked on https://loadimpact.com/ ).

What could be the issue ? Please guide me? Any help is appreciated
