Is this technically/currently possible via the REST API or other means?

But I’m trying to mimic the following, please check the video.

Basically, export WordPress backup using the “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin “as a file export” but not via the WordPress admin dashboard but with REST API or any other better option.

Any kind of help is appreciated.
