For starters, I’m not a believer in page builders.

That said, with many clients bringing pre-existing sites that already use page builders, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a page builder that, once uninstalled, does not break the site or leave behind shortcodes that no longer work?

Somewhere in the recesses of my memory, I vaguely recall there was one that outputs code instead of shortcodes, so you could uninstall it and not lose your work. Does anyone have any recommendations on this? I’m hunting the internet for an answer and coming up dry, so I’m probably searching the wrong keywords.
