Redesigning the backend of WordPress?

When a user logs in I want there to only be one button that says “Make New Post” that is in the center of the screen. When they click it, it will direct them to a post creation page where it only allows a certain format and restrictions.

Reason why I want to do this is that WordPress can be quite confusing for a novice. I want to make it simple and intuitive.
