Reading plugin settings in esnext wordpress block

I am currently trying to create a WordPress-Plugin that in itself creates a few gutenberg blocks. I want to have some global settings set with https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_setting/. But I cant for the life of me find a way to read those values in those gutenberg blocks.
