I have renamed the woocommerce sort options to remove the default “Sort by” preceding all of them.

However I would like to add the “Sort by” prefix only to the selected sort option, so that it shows, for example, “Sort By: Popularity” when the box is closed, without showing it a second time in the list when the box is opened.

Not sure how to achieve this.
