Is there a way to add a prefix to the selected woocommerce sort option, such as “Sort By:” so that it shows as “Sort By: Popularity” for example and if selected does not show a 2nd time in the dropdown list?

I know there is a function to rename the options but I am looking to only have a prefix for the selected option, not all the options.
