i would like to make the ‘Post’ Category i added not clickable in the breadcrumbs on the single post pages. the Post Category shows in the breadcrumbs, and i want it to not be clickable(or change the link so that is goes to the home page).

I could’nt find a solution for this myself, so any help is much appriciated!
