I am using a the ‘Redirection’ plugin (documentation can be found at https://redirection.me).

For many of the 404 errors it generates it is obvious to me as to why they have been generated and to where they need to be redirected but with what I think are ‘website system’ files I don’t have a clue or even why they are appearing.

Could someone give me a pointer as to how I should deal with these when they are listed in the Redirection plugin?
