I would like for customers to be able to create new versions of the same form, and be able to save it to their profile.

So for example, they add an address that can be set as the default, then they can click a CTA button “Add new address” and create another address.

How would I accomplish this with ACF, could a repeater work? Im just trying to figure out how to make a button that says “Add new address “ trigger a new form (with same fields) and save it as a separate row for the user to come back to.
