I am having a problem where my primary navigational header expands upon page load. The header appears to momentarily expand, before collapsing again after a few seconds. The menu works as intended after it has collapsed again.

I have tried deactivating and uninstalling lazy load and cache plugins on my site, but I still seem to be getting the same problem.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
