The current path that a user follows when they use my website is as follows:

Views landing page –> Fills out form –> Views “thank you” page

I would like to receive an email notification when a user is redirected to the “thank you” page.

My business is time sensitive and being able to respond rapidly to form submissions is important. But without being notified by email, I’d have to constantly check if any forms had been submitted via WordPress which is inconvenient and not efficient.

Please help.
