I’m using the Ocean WP theme in WordPress and everything was fine, and all of a sudden I don’t know what happened but the title of my site appears twice next to each page and the post in the search results.

I checked Yoast seo settings, all settings are correct.
And one thing I noticed there is no title tag in my header.php file.
