I’m searching for a plugin that allows registered users to submit and search event-reports (with 2-3 configurable Text fields) via a Front-End-Interface to build a database of those reports. The fact that this problem contains the words “reports” and possibly “database” my research only leads me to special tools for the backend database of WordPress.

Any advice?
