php – Using Forminator API to output data

Question

WordPress rookie here. Basically what I am trying to do is, everytime a form is filled out and submitted. I am trying to get it outputted on a page on my website. I have tried the template.php file with the following code but ended up receiving the white screen of death. I am using a forminator form and trying to output the entries to the form in the template page.

<?php
$form_id = 3899
$entries = Forminator_API::get_entries( $form_id );
?>

Then I went on to the template page
Choose /code and typed in

<?php
echo "<h3>" . $entries . "</h3>
?>

Unfortunately it didn’t work. What am I doing wrong? Is there an easier alternative?
Using Gutenberg for templates any answer is the most appreciated.
