Page Title has a navy portion behind it blocking part of feature image

I am using the Full Width – Parallax Title as my Page Attributes and have selected a Feature Image. This works on all of my pages except for “About Us” which has the feature image and then a navy block with the Page title on it (see below screenshot). Can anyone advise how I fix this?
