Need some help regarding breadcrumbs strategy

I am currently developing my SEO skills, especially regarding breadcrumbs strategy. I have this semantic cocoon that I want to improve through the best breadcrumbs use possible.

However, I don’t feel very comfortable with it in WordPress. Which words do you recommend me to use in the breadcrumbs function in order to optimize my SE0?
