I’m wondering if it’s possible to move a multisite subdirectory to be the main (and only) domain elsewhere?

I’ve inherited a site whereby a subdirectory www.domain.com/solutions needs moving to be a single site.

Currently, the main domain www.domain.com is primary and that can stay where it is.

Can anyone advise on how to best achieve this?
