Move Page into WooCommerce Product Category Directory

I have an informational product page, “What is Product X”. This page is a regular page in the WP backend. Right now the page, is located at:
site-name.com/what-is-product-x

I would like to place this into the WooCommerce Product Category: site-name.com/product-category/product-x/what-is-product-x

I would like to do this for SEO purposes. Both pages rank on the second page for the query “Product X”. This must be possible but what is the best way to do this?
