MailChimp: Send a mail on newly published custom post

I have website where I have configured an email as per automation. I want to send an immediate mail when a new post published in custom post type called a ‘News’.

I have implemented another way:

WordPress Post and create a category called news when someone published a post in this category then an email will be sent.

Problem: None of this will work for me. RSS feed give me data only excerpts instead of full content for the post as well as the published post is not sent in an email.
