Issue with memory Peak Usage

let’s see if I can transmit this problem and someone can tell me if this happens by default and if there is any solution.

I have detected that when I empty the OPCache of my page, the wordpress memory peak goes down and the web works more fluid and faster. However, after a while, this peak doubles or triples and I have to empty the OPcache again to return to the initial values and make the web work smoothly again.

I send a capture before and after to see if you can give me a solution to this, or to know if this is normal.
