Is there a memory optimized version of wordpress?

My wordpress uses a large database(more than 10 million posts). The server has only 1G memory. The web page fails to load due to OOM. I know there are ways to reduce the memory consumption by optimizing the sql queries. But it is difficult for me to research the code. Is there a special version of wordpress that is optimized for memory consumption?
