in elementor tabs, the bottom border of the inactive tab is not showing properly [closed]

I use elementor, theme OceanWP. I want to use tabs. If tab#1 is active, the inacitve tab does not show a -bottom-border. If tab#2 is active, the bottom-border of tab#1 is ok.

It seems limited to OceanWP. I switched to another theme and it was ok. But I already did a lot of work on it, so a thee chance is not opportune
