My website has been created using the Divi builder, using Divi image module, where everything worked fine but is now showing some odd behaviour in the images area. For example I bulk uploaded files with the url format

Some got changed to read
https://chimesmusicdigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/9780193524859-1.jpg
while others now read
https://chimesmusicdigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/9780193537651-1-scaled.jpg

Some have been left alone.

On the product page some images show, others do not, so even if the image has the -1.jpg ending that may still show even though there is no file with that name. Other times it won’t. Sometimes even one where the image is there, and checking back in an export file, has the correct URL it too won’t show.

I did try out the ImageMagic plugin (supposedly a “recommended requirement” for WP) so I’m supposing that this behaviour is due to that plugin leaving garbage behind when deactivated and deleted.

I’d certainly like to have the system stop doing that, but apart from recreating the site from scratch I don’t know how.

Can anyone help please?
