I need to replicate the functionality of this page

I would like to replicate the functionality of this website( https://www.gamma.com.co/aisladores/ ) , i create a custom post type, your custom taxonomy and your ACF would like

The first Select will show the Custom Category

When selecting the first, the second Select would show all the posts of the selected custom category

And the third select would show the name of the custom fields of the post

And below it will print a button with the URL of the pdf.
