Any idea how to fix this?

I followed the Debugging in WordPress link, and it suggests adding this to the wp-config file,"define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );" but that doesn’t work.

Any suggestions? I am new to this so any help is appreciated!
