I have a 404 problem on internal pages (posts, pages …)

My site is in the following folder structure site1 contains (site2 and site3) site1 is functioning normally, but sites2 and 3 are having the same problem of links returning 404.

I’m running on an Ubuntu server on AWS hosting.

1 – I already checked the .htaccess file and redefined it according to the wordpress codex, it didn’t work.

2 – I already checked the server’s mod_rewrite and it’s ok.

3 – I have changed the structure through the wordpress panel several times, it only worked with the type of url postid.

Does anyone have any ideas?
