How to show only post of one category in post page

I have 2 categories in my website, ‘News’ and ‘Blog’, and my post are shown in the post page, not in the home page, because in the home page I have to show diferent things.

My post page is called News, and I need to show only the posts of the news category in my post page.
Is this possible? If it is possible, how can i do that?

I am using the Hestia theme, maybe this info can help.

As you can see in the following photo, the post called ‘Lorem Ipsum’ has a diferent category than the others, and i need only one category to be displayed.
