How to set default selected at the product page but customers can choose to uncheck in Woocommerce Products Add-Ons [closed]

How can I set a checkbox as default with woocommerce products Add-ons?
So for example:
Tomatoes, ham and Mushrooms is default ingredients. But the customer want to remove uncheck the checkbox for mushrooms. So someone have a script for this?
