Basically, would like to reference by Site Id in pretty much the same way posts and pages are referenced by post id in the Menu Links. This, I believe would help immensely when migrating a Multisite over that has menu links that connect to other sites on the network. I feel like this should be an option in Menus already. Is there a plugin that can do this? Basically, I would like to pull in site links into the menu (in the wordpress backend menu manager) by site id, rather than a custom url that links to that site.
