I’m so sorry if this isn’t quite allowed here but just know that I’m reaching out here simply because the developers are unresponsive to my requests.

I am trying to take control of the email design from eFrom because the default one is hideous and absolutely not responsive. I just want a very plain, and simple HTML email.

Im happy to tinker with the PHP code once I find it, but that’s the issue – I have no clue how to find it. I’ve searched, I’ve typed in keywords – nothing shows up :/

Do any of you have any advice? I would be willing to share the plugin file if required, or at least a few screenshots of the contents?
