How to display all fields on Booking emails on Foodbakery

Question

Anybody conversant with Foodbakery will understand how the Booking system works. The system allows to add custom fields on the booking form. However, these fields do no display on the email notifications sent to the admin. Anybody knows how I can achieve this? Thanks!
