How to design post date to a neat one?

The following screenshot is my website right now. You can see how the date is positioned awkwardly?

This is what I want it to look like. You can seehow the date is neatly placed. The social media widgets are also below the image, and there’s also a “10 min read” caption. Need your assistance.

I use Themify Builder, the theme is Themify as well. But I’m willing to add plugins if necessary.
