how can i remove post excerpt including 3 dot and read more?

My theme is Pantograph Newspaper theme. From my theme option, i do post excerpt limit (0). But, one more post category haven’t option to make it (0) excerpt. So here showing excerpt.
I don’t want to show any excerpt, no more any read more option or (…) 3 dot!
How can i do this properly?? I tried CSS code but didn’t worked!
