Home/ ip/::ffff: prefix, ipv6 ipv4 woocommerce customer IP

Question

My Woocommerce Order detail is showing ::ffff: as a prefix before the ipV4. For example “Customer IP: ::ffff:58.123.123.123”

Paypal and stripe have no problem on this, but now I have a new gateway have error when getting a customer IP.

Is there any script can fix this? Thanks.
