Below Elementor (Elementor Pro activated and licensed) in the Dashboard, under templates, I select Theme builder > Add new > I select header and give it the name ‘General’ > Create template.

I select a header template and I’m prompted to connect to Template Library. I click ‘Get started’> ‘Connect your site to template library.’I hit ‘Connect’.

Then under the ‘Library’ header, it shows as ‘Loading’ beneath the ‘E’ logo and just remains as ‘Loading’, not changing at all until I exit the window.

In a tutorial video I’m following, the selected header loads in the Elementor page builder layout successfully with the Elementor template bar on the left-hand-side as usual.
