I have a Custom Post Type with 4 Custom Taxonomies. Everything is working great about this part.

But, right now my taxonomies pages URL are: website.com/taxnomy/taxonomy-item
I would like to have: website.com/custom-post-type/taxonomy-item

So, I want to add the Custom Post Type slug to the taxonomy URL and, at the same time, hide the Taxonomy Slug from the URL. I can make this work for one taxonomy but it breaks when I do it for all the 4 taxonomies.
