Create page via Form on Frontend

I have a requirement , where a user would want to create a WordPress page with 3 basic information as below .

1. The user would add an audio file link.
2. the user would add some text .
3. The user would upload a pdf file.

Due to certain reasons I don’t want user to use the existing page editor to create a page .

I just need to give these 3 options in a simple page as form to the user so that he can fill these details and be able to create a page the same way it would be created from page editor . This will avoid taking the user to page editor and play around with various blocks , documents and Guttenberg navigation options .

Any pointers and help is highly appreciated .
I am very new to wordpress , please excuse me if this question is too basic .
