Create custom wp artist page

I run wp music sharing site using its core default posts and categories
I use tags as artist name. So am trying to see if theres code to create artist page with default options like artist profile / social media network
And shows related artist songs which i have in wp default posts ?
Or is there any plugin to fit my needs?
Found some but they have custom post type as songs and albums which i dont want to do that cuz my mobile app doesnt support custom post type
I only want this option for the site as long as i have the tags as artist list
